The Rehabilitation Clinic
This clinic is for patients who have known medical problems or injuries. Lifestyle counseling and rehabilitation medicine is considered treatment for your primary diseases or injuries, and provided under your insurance policy. Please check with your company to see if Dr. Jill Williams is a preferred provider under the specialty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

The Wellness Clinic
Services through the wellness clinic are for individuals without major medical problems, and considered “Preventative Medicine”. We do not bill insurance companies for services in the wellness clinic. However, some insurance policies may reimburse you for a portion of out of pocket expenses. Alternatively, Preventative Medicine does qualify as a service under IRS Health Savings Accounts. Payments are due at the time of care. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. You will receive a copy of your medical encounter and billing information to submit to your insurance company.

We Have Two Main Types Wellness Encounters: (1) General Wellness Screening and (2) Medical Wellness Consultation

General Wellness Screening
Forty minute consultation to gain basic information about health risks, wellness options, and knowledge building about how to modify lifestyle to make positive life long change. Basic screening for health risks, and recommendations made about direction to take. Not meant to be a detailed intervention, but rather knowledge building for the curious. Documentation of the encounter and educational material will be provided. Cost: $200.00

Medical Wellness Consultation
Seventy-five minute consultation with dictated medical note and bill for insurance reimbursement. This will be a customized program created after a medical exam and detailed health screening for goals and health risks. The program list will be utilized for potential needs. Follow up is recommended and duration will depend on goals and preference. Initial consultation for a 75-minute consultation is $300.00. Follow up visits are thirty minutes and $120.00 per session.
